Engine case: Magnesium 003 case, NEW and fully machined. Set up for full flow oiling

Displacement: 1914cc 

Fuel: Pump gas, 91 octane

Target longevity: 40,000 miles

Target MPG: 22 MPG

Stroke: 69mm Forged, Counterweighted from DPR machine

Main Bearings: Kolbenschmidt STD

Rod Bearings: Clevite

Cam Bearings: Extreme Heavy Duty double thrust by Aircooled Technology

Flywheel: Chromoly, 12 pound, 8 doweled, balanced- BugPack

Gland Nut: Chromoly, BugPack (Cryo enhanced)

Pressure Plate: KEP Stage 1, 1700 pound

Clutch Disc: 200mm, Daiken

Rod Journal: VW Type 1 1600

Bore: 94mm utilizing Mahle "A" Cylinders and pistons, Mahle rings

Piston Choice: Mahle, 94mm A

Connecting Rods: H Beam from BugPack, balanced end to end

Rod Length: 5.400 

Compression Ratio: 9:1

Deck Height: .040"

Cylinder Head castings: Auto Linea, BugPack

Method of porting: CNC (Collaborative development of RAT, Hoffman Auto Machine and Bugpack Products) not based on any current design used by other head providers.

Target Port Flow Margins: 70-80% average

THIS INCLUDES FLYWHEEL, CLUTCH, PRESSURE PLATE AND EVEN THE RECOMMENDED DEEP OIL SUMP AND OEM VW VALVE COVERS!

No other parts will need to be sourced to complete the longblock assembly!!!
